# Referral Program

## 🧬 How It Works

You’ll earn **Shards** when users join through your unique link and participate in the Mention ecosystem. Our system tracks **three levels** of referrals, so your rewards stack over time.

| Referral Level | Who It Is                   | You Earn                |
| :------------- | :-------------------------- | :---------------------- |
| **Level 1**    | Direct invite (your friend) | **10%** of their Shards |
| **Level 2**    | Your friend’s invite        | **3%** of their Shards  |
| **Level 3**    | Friend of a friend’s invite | **1%** of their Shards  |

Earn Shards every time someone joins. The more they engage, the more you earn!

## 💡 Example

If your direct invite earns **1,000 Shards**,

* You get **100 Shards (10%)**
* If their invite earns 1,000 → you get **30 Shards (3%)**
* And if *their* invite earns 1,000 → you get **10 Shards (1%)**

It adds up quickly. Your network is your capital.
